Chef Cătălin Petrescu

Chef Cătălin Petrescu started his gastronomic journey almost three decades ago, and after working for 3 years in Michelin stared Nodee restaurant in Norway and a couple of years specialising in Tokyo and Yokohama, he returned to Romania to share his knowledge with local food lovers.

Following a successful career as Executive Chef for Nuba group (Argentine, Nuba, etc.) and experimentation with ultra premium local ingredients like black truffle and caviar, Chef Cătălin Petrescu amassed a large number of accolades (#1 consecutive years Food@Bar Awards, Restocracy).
